This helps give it an excellent contrast ratio of 18,000:1 and the ability to offer deep blacks and bright whites - side by side. Working alongside this is BrilliantColor. This processor uses six separate primary and secondary colours to produce a new level of colour performance. BrilliantColor increases colour brightness by up to 50% over other technologies, giving you some of the most vivid images in its class.

Impressive as the Optoma HD131Xe is in 2D, it's only when you take advantage of the 3D that the picture es truly immersive. Purchase the optional ZF2100 system then simply connect up to a suitable source and enjoy 3D images that are every bit as bold as at the cinema. Additional ZF2100 3D glasses can be bought separately to ensure everyone can enjoy the wonder of 3D. Rather than using Infra-Red, the HD131Xe uses a Radio Frequency system. This reduces the chance of interference. The optional glasses are also fully rechargeable.
FULLY CONNECTED
With twin HDMI and twin VGA inputs, the HD131Xe is well equipped to handle a variety of sources. Additionally, there're posite and audio inputs. An audio output is included, as is a VGA output, making the Optoma loop enabled for VGA signals. Finally, an RS232 socket makes this projector ideal as part of an extensive home automation system.
