Hi! 👋 Are you looking for an encouraging, patient, and enthusiastic teacher who can help your child with their English? If your child lacks confidence in speaking English, I can help! I teach private 1-to-1 online English lessons, and I love igniting enthusiasm for English and building confidence in speaking and listening skills!
I'm Georgina, a qualified primary school teacher (PGCE) and EFL teacher (CELTA Grade A) from Oxfordshire, England. I have a neutral English accent and currently live in Derby, England, where I teach children aged 6-11 both online and in the classroom. I also teach adults online. As a language learner myself, I understand the challenges of learning a new language and enjoy helping children and adults build their confidence in speaking English through engaging lessons!
I believe that children learn best when they are relaxed and having fun. I engage children using a variety of games, activities, songs, stories, and lots of encouragement! I work hard to ensure lessons are challenging but achievable to ensure that children make the best possible progress. Lessons are tailored to suit the level, age, and needs of the student.
