Onkyo AV receiver and Tangent Evo speakers and sub

Onkyo TX NR414 receiver with a huge number of inputs and outputs including 6 HDMI connections.
Scratched the side the day I brought it putting it in the cabinet (please see images) but no other marks. Used as a home cinema and stereo with the Tangent Evo speakers and sub in high gloss black.
No damage to the speakers but one locating pin e off the sub cover but this does not effect security of the cover or performance.
Comes with 2 sub cables, speaker cables, all instructions, remote and
mounting kits for the speakers.
There is an intermittent issue with the sub not activating. I have tried different sub cables and devices and the same problem is present. I have taken the sub apart (which is very easy to do) and the sub cable port is replaceable.
I do not use the system any more but have tested everything works which is when I noticed the sub problem.
It is a great bit of kit, it just needs to be used which I have not done for years.
