Good bits
Its an Elddis 4-5 berth caravan. Not sure what year or model it is.
Kitchen and toilet shower areas are sectioned off.
Double Bed to rear and a lounge area to the front, electric heater (runs from 240v or 12v battery if required).
comes with extension lead, step, wheel lock and battery (may require charging).
Bad Bits
Been in storage outside for over two years.
Body work has a few bits of damage, the skylight on the toilet area is missing so letting the rain in.
There is a problem with the hot and cold water supply not working not sure why.
Would be great with a clean and some simple repairs both tyres are flat, but does have the wheel lock in place.
Ideal for repair as a site office or on a farm for extra accommodation with a little work.
Buyer will need to remove and need moved by the end of the month.
