Office Assistant

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. This position is part-time, requiring 15 hours per week, and involves scanning and sending emails.
Responsibilities:
Sort and organize incoming mail
Scan and save important documents
Send emails and documents to the appropriate recipients
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent attention to detail
Proficient in using email and document scanning software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
