Location: Aylesbury
Contract Type: Locum, Ongoing, Full-time
Pay Rate: £30-35 per hour (assignment rate)

Duties of the Occupational Therapist:
To work within the AMHT within either the Assessment or the Treatment function.
To undertake all aspects of clinical duties as a senior practitioner within the team.
To act as care coordinator within the Care Programme Approach, working with patients with particularly complex needs.
To deputise for AMHT manager and /or community lead when required.
Requirements of the Occupational Therapist:
Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
Recent NHS experience
Registered with the HCPC
