*NEEDED ASAP* room/flat/static

Need somewhere to live ASAP. I work full time, usually 6 days a week, 10+hrs a day. Can easily afford rent but deposits and upfront costs are killing me. Ideally looking for landlord who doesn't require or is willing to negotiate upfront costs in exchange for increased rent, paid weekly with £800 cash paid upfront. Or someone in a similar position looking to 'come together' and get something sorted.
I'm 29, male (white and straight if it matters). Work full time, keep myself to myself, don't drink, light smoker. You'll ideally be the same sort of age and earn enough to pay your bit..that's about it.
Currently living on hampshire/Surrey border but not too fussed where I go aslong as I'm within 1.5hrs drive of Godalming, Surrey.
