£28,000 - £38,810 per annum (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
This large Secondary school based in Prenton, Wirral, are looking to appoint a driven and enthusiastic Music Teacher to teach KS3 - KS4 levels and work as part of an established team. This is a full-time role, starting immediately and is ongoing until the end of the academic year. The successful candidate must have experience of teaching Music up to KS4. The school is an academic, vibrant and thriving school with their largest ever number of students on roll. There are five lessons on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays, finishing at 2.35pm, and there are six lessons on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, finishing at 3.35pm. The school has breakfast club and a host of afterschool clubs including; a full calendar of sports, petition at all levels, and performing arts, including drama and music, offering performances throughout the year.
Requirements
The desired Teacher will have;
- Experience of working with KS3 and KS4 levels
- Hold QTS in the UK
- Confidence in teaching the current curriculum
- Have, or be prepared to undergo an Enhanced DBS check
