Moody 29 Yacht Boat

Heavily updated Moody 29 for sale. Ready for this season., or would mkake a fantastic liveaboard. Re-engined with an up graded Bukh DV24 engine. All seacocks replaced with new Tru posite skin fittings. Fin Keel.
Huge amount of work undertaken to prepare for long distance cruising - can be evidenced with receipts and maintenance log.
Full spec and details of various work undertaken since 2021 below;
Electrical
Axon Marine electrical fused switch panel.
Nav Light bulbs changed to LED.
Victron smart charger (bluetooth)
Victorn smart battery monitor (bluetooth)
2x Victron 110ah AGM deep cycle batteries.
Split charge relay off alternator.
Brand new Raymarine EV100 pilot ready to go ( Navico TP pilot onboard as spare).
Engine & Mechanical
Replacement Bukh DV24 installed.
Engine bay painted
New fuel filter (Delphi).
Vetus water filter.
New hoses & fuel lines.
New genuine Bukh engine mounts.
Engine bay insulation replaced.
Propeller repitched by steel developments.
Cutlass bearing replaced.
Anodes replaced.
Stuffing gland hose replaced and re packed.
New engine mounts.
Hull & Structure
Tru Design Composite seacocks throughout with load bearing collars.
Keel bolts pulled and inspected (found to be in as new condition). Reinstall and torque all 10 bolts.
Hull to keel joint raked out, resealed and epoxy treated.
Hull polished.
pound and polish.
Hull stripe sanded and repainted.
New plastimo pass.
Above decks
4x self tailing lewmar winches installed.
Genoa, main and pole halyards replaced.
Genoa sheets and mainsheets replaced.
Lower mainsheet block replaced.
Genoa lead blocks replaced.
Sprayhood washed, reproofed and windows replaced.
New cabin carpet.
New jabsco heads pump installed.
Whale supersub smart bilge pump.
Port & Starboard water tanks opened, cleaned and resealed.
Other notable items done prior to present ownership.
Lines lead back through the coach roof to spinlock clutches (majority of 29's have their lines at the mast)
Preventative osmosis treatment by hayling pany.
Original sails as spares.
2x spinnakers.
Cockpit tent.
Spray dodgers.
Calorifier fed off engine & shore power.
New 240v shore power system, with breaker and plugs.
Replacement keel bolts and washers.
New saloon windows.
Plastimo headsail furler.
Neptune 4500 cooker.
