Hi, I am Ellie - Qualified Personal Trainer and Sport & Exercise Nutritionist since 2018. My passion is to help people on their journey to better health and help them to make healthy habits.
In my experience, I have worked with men and women of various ages and with many different goals. Starting from Clients with weight loss goals, Clients with higher ambitions to a more muscular physique to elderly women with mobility issues.
I have experience working with Clients with lower back pain, arthritis, sickle cell, sciatica, hip displacement, and so on.
Overall I have a very colourful background and high knowledge and expertise.
I have experience delivering PT sessions - 1-2-1 at a gym or home setting, Outdoors in parks, gardens and Online. Quality with me does not drop depending on the type of Session. You will always be pushed to improve and checked upon to ensure greater results.
I have high attention to detail and feel plished when I see my Clients succeed.
I am also a Qualified Sports & Exercise Nutritionist. Happy to help you transform your eating habits without you having to suffer following a rigid tasteless plan.
