Mini Estate MK1 1963 Import Project

MK1 Mini Estate 1963 - South African Import with NOVA certificate. No other ID.
Very solid shell with excellent paintwork and near mint seats. Has had some repairs to both front footwells, but overall the shell is very solid and does not appear to need any repair.
I believe the engine is a 1275cc. Engine is not fitted, and hasn't been run.
Will need missioning, and new dash fitting. Bulk head appears to have been modified so either will need a non-standard dash or returning to original. Solid doors, and boot floor is in excellent condition.
Selling on behalf of a friend who has recently imported a number of minis from S Africa including another estate, 2 x saloons, mini van, spares, and a estate shell. All MK1 versions, including a mini with wind up windows and a van with doors to be fitted which also have wind up windows.
Any obvious parts missing should be available from the boxes of spares he has.
