Redefining Fizik’s identity, the Tempo R5 Overcurve Road Cycling Shoes are perfect for your summer cycling regardless of whether you petitively or simply love the thrills. They are quick fitting to get you in the saddle faster and their form-fitting construction works around the foot to offer fort no matter how long your session lasts.
When es to on-bike performance there are few that can argue with the R5’s reputation. An instant road classic, they sport the famous Overcurve construction that uses a staggered collar to wrap around the ankle. This traces the natural misalignment of the two bony protrusions in the lateral and medial malleoli. Offering riders an asymmetrical shape, the shoe curves over the foot to wrap it like a present and guides all the way from the outside to the inner for one of the cosiest fits yet.
Should you wish to adjust your fitting, the closure is assisted by the micro-adjustable BOA IP1 dial that twists to your liking in order to provide fort. Working in tandem with a Velcro strap to fine-tune your fit, riding in fort and stability ensures you feel as good as the shoes look. The Microtex upper is brilliantly supple and easy to clean plus offers excellent breathability for those scorching days of summer.
