Marshall DSL40C all valve amplifier.
Recently serviced with new control pots and buttons, power tubes replaced with Mesa Boogie’s EL34’s and fuses replaced.
The great thing about this amp is it features a Pentode / Triode mode. You can switch between the full 40watts of all valve goodness or half the power to 20watts all with a flick of a switch (see pictures), perfect for playing at home or live.
Speaker is a Celestian 70/80. Can be switched to any speaker you wish as it has a 16ohm and an 8ohm output - can even be plugged into an external speaker / cab.
Also an output for an FX loop / foot switch.
Clean, crunch and overdrive channels.
Also had reverb, presence and resonance channels which are switchable with a foot switch.
Selling to fund adulthood / another project. I’ve owned this amp for over 5 years now and would be sad to see it go, a great workhorse of an amp which has never let me down.
This thing runs good as new and sounds great cranked!
