Manager Designate

My client is looking for an extremely driven, motivated, experienced Designate Store Manager to join their company based across the Birmingham area, offering a salary of up to GBP32,250 DOE with guaranteed monthly bonuses. You'll be responsible for managing the store, staff and ensuring excellent service is always given to customers.
Looking for a Manager with experience in sales but open to other premium/ luxury retail backgrounds.
Duties:• Identify and harness new retail opportunities whilst creating a relaxed shopping experience in store.• Lead, engage and develop your talented and knowledgeable team of people• Establish a culture of high-performance that focuses on both fiscal and behavioural KPIs• Collaborate with our Regional Managers to create long-term succession strategies
Skills:• Have a track record of inspirational leadership in a large/high-profile store• Demonstrate a history of leading large teams to strong commercial results• Be self-motivated and proactive• Possess an ability to set and carry out long-term plans
