Management Accountant-Real Estate

Reed Finance are delighted to be partnering with a leading UK based Real Estate Investment firm to assist them in recruiting for a business focused Management Accountant role.
As the firm continues to grow, they are looking to expand their finance team with the hire of a Management Accountant at the newly qualified Accountant level.
The real estate investment firm invests in assets across UK and Europe with a focus on adding a positive impact to the communities they invest along with consistent and reliable returns with a sustainability focus.
This role will be paying GBP55,000 per annum plus benefits and is a fantastic opportunity for a newly qualified Management Accountant to join a dynamic, fast paced and entrepreneurial business.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing financial information of assets and driving best in class servicesManage monthly property budgets including tracking capital expenditure and providing ongoing rolling forecasts to the business.Forecasting rental income, operating costs and cashflow analysis for projectsDevelop strong working relationships with internal and external parties ensuring robust financial controls.SPV accounting including reviewing quarterly management accounts, ensuring compliance with HMRC and companies house.Business partnering with the commercial business and being main point of contact on all finance mattersDebt management including project reporting positions, fulfilling reporting requirements and liaising with external parties. Key Qualifications & Experience
Newly Qualified Accountant ACCA/ACA/CIMACommercially intuitive with strong business partnering skills.Experience dealing with management reporting deadlines and other priorities.Experience ideally within the real estate or property sectorStrong presentation and analytical skillsMust operate with a professional and personable approach but be able to build relationships at all levels.Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to details, highly organised and be a self-starter.Strong written and verbal communication skills This role will be paying up to GBP55,000 per annum and offering some fantastic benefits. This role does require someone to be in the office on average 4 days a week.
