This is a vintage polished malachite necklace of mine which I bought in West Africa in 1979. (Benin)

No. of beads: 39
Size of beads: Large one in the middle at the front, then the sizes get progressively smaller. Large one has diameter of approx. 1.9 cm. Then 1.5 cm, then 1.3 cm then 1cm, then 0.8 cm (several of each size).
The necklace doesn't have a fastener - it just goes on over your head.
