For sale we have a beautiful luxury shepherd's hut, complete with a full bathroom, undermount kitchen sink and an integrated fridge. The hut is also warm and cosy, boasting a multi-fuel stove and thick Thermafleece Sheep Wool insulation in the floor, walls and roof. With a spacious and roomy feel, the hut measures 18ft x 7.5ft, including a fold-away wall bed discreetly hidden behind a false wall to create additional living space.
The hut is like new and has had many additions made to it, such as the guttering and television, etc. It is made to the highest specifications, and very cosy and ing.
This style of shepherd's hut is also very popular on AirBnB, with many being rented out at well over £100 a night.

- Solid oak rolling chassis with box section steel runners.
- 150mm naturally seasoned, maintenance free oak feather edge exterior cladding.
- Removable 3 tread solid oak steps with keyed mortise and tenon joints.
- 16 pane french doors with toughened glass.
- Double glaxed windows throughout.
- Interior cladded with 125 x 20mm redwood boards.
- Ventilation in accordance with BS en 1647:2012
- Insulated with 50mm thickness Thermafleece Sheep Wool insulation for floor, walls and roof.
- 20mm solid oak floorboards.
- Villager Puffin multi fuel stove rated to 4kw output. Slate hearth, oak surround, heat deflection plate, twin wall flue and for peace of mind, a carbon monoxide detector.
- 240v electrical system with consumer unit, 63 amp 10m trailing lead and 63 amp socket connection point.
- Neff hob and integrated fridge.
- Wall mounted TV
This specification costs £58,000 from new without the extras that have been added to this model.
