Our caravan is in very good condition.
It sleeps 6 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
The caravan is central heated and double glazed.
TV's in every bedroom.
Own parking space and a Lakeside view.
Situated in a cul-de-sac with no passing traffic, safer for the kids and quieter.
Please remember to bring your own duvet and pillow covers (duvets and pillows supplied) along with towels.
The caravan is sited on the recently Upgraded Sand Le Mere Holiday Village at Tunstall, on the East Yorkshire Coast.
Complete with Club House, Entertainment, Fishing Lake, Swimming Pool, Gym, Sauna, Steam Room and Kids play group Activities.

As we have children ourselves we have made the caravan child proof as possible, fitting cupboard locks etc. There is everything at the caravan to make your stay fortable and enjoyable one, including a travel cot, and TV'a in every bedroom.

When booking, a non refundable deposit of £50 will be required to reserve the dates the caravan is wanted, with full payment required 2 weeks before the booked stay.
A refundable security deposit of £50 will be required with the full payment, this will be refunded when the caravan is handed back over, and it has been inspected and cleaned and is found free from any damage etc. Please do not be offended by this, it is only required in an attempt to keep the caravan in great condition for everyone to enjoy in the future.
Currently we do not take pets in the Caravan.
Weeks holiday will be Friday to Friday, arrival time 13:00 onwards and departure time is 10:00.

deals can be done on the family entertainment pass for all shows, swimming pool, clubs and discount on your drinks etc, these are approximately £70 if purchased from the site itself.
