Logistics Specialist
Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Logistics Specialist to join our client based in Egham.
The successful Logistics Specialist will be responsible for:
Managing and liaising with courier and logistic companiesScheduling deliveries on behalf of Project Managers for UK and international projectsEnsuring the route confirmed is cost efficient and in line with commercial requirements.Preparing supporting documentation in association with deliveries to include sales and shipping invoicesTracking shipments and updating relevant teams on progressCalculating Duty / VAT cost for each consignmentProcessing Import/Export declarations The Logistics Specialist will have:
Excellent organisational skillsThe ability to deliver under pressure with minimum supervisionAbility to communicate effectively with people at all levelsProficiency with Microsoft office, especially excelExperience within a similar role with exposure to international duties, customs, taxes, etc.Familiarity with Microsoft CRM and/or SAPAbility to manage multiple tasks & progress priorities.
