Live-out/Live-in Houseman in Holland Park

Our private family is seeking a live-out discrete houseman for their family home in Holland Park. This is a family of three including Mum, Dad, 18-month year old son and their friendly Labrador dog. The family also employ a full-time Nanny who covers all childcare and nursery duties.
The family are seeking a highly experienced and professional houseman with high standards and great attention to detail who can maintain immaculate standards in the home.
Houseman- Maintenance, handyman, driver and dog walker. Someone who is also happy to run arrands and help out with cleaning if needed.
The ideal individual will be positive and honest with great initiative and flexible, can-do attitude. It is essential that the candidate is happy to travel with the family for up to 90 days of the year (mostly to Greece or Switzerland).
Working Days & Hours: Core hours will be Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm but flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekend on request is a must.
modation: Private bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette on basement level
Live-in Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 gross per year
Live-out Salary: £40,000 + gross per year
Unless otherwise specified a minimum of 2 years relevant experience is required to receive the advertised rate of pay.
