The Silverlink 600 Electric Wet Heat Bain Marie safely holds sauces, soups, gravy and precooked foods for up to two hours at the ideal serving temperature.
Perfect for takeaways, restaurants and mobile caterers, the unit, which can also be used as a dry bain marie, is designed to plug in and play, so you'll be serving delicious dishes in no time. With 4 x 8pt / 4.5Lt round stainless steel pots included, the unit es with an adjustable temperature control.

WHY SHOULD I BUY THE BS4W?
The Lincat BS4W is a sturdy counter top unit with nitrile feet; it features precise thermostatic control so important when handling sauces such as béarnaise or hollandaise; and also has front placed draining taps for easy draining. The appliance is simplicity itself to use: first ensure the drain tap is closed and then add to a depth that covers about 10mm of the container base. Allow the unit to heat up for 20 minutes and then adjust the temperature to the desired level. Add the hot food, remembering that bain maries are not cookers and are designed to maintain temperature rather than cook ingredients. The BS4W is capable of retaining heat in this manner for up to 2 hours, always ensuring that water is topped up regularly. The pots are attractive pact and are perfect for displaying hot products on a service counter.
