The role of Area Lettings Director is primarily strategic, responsible for developing the overarching of the company goals.Management of the P&L, paying particular attention to controllable costs and revenue streamsOperationally overseeing every aspect of the lettings process, including property management and front end lettings ensuring KPI's are met and opportunities are maximisedManage day to day people issues such as absences, performance, conduct and development with the overall goal being to ensure that your team delivers impeccable service to clients, achieve set KPIsIdentify procedures that need adjustment and work with key stakeholders to action these changes and embed them into the businessEnsure all landlords across the group are receiving their expected standards of serviceIdentify opportunities for business growthConduct regular visits to all branches ensuring branch managers are supportedRole model and consistently deliver an exceptional customer experience Lettings Area Director – Experience Needed
Previous experience as a Lettings Area Manager is essentialIdeally you will be ARLA qualifiedYou will be a proven manager of people able to demonstrate sucess in this areaYou will be am engaging communicator able to develop strong relationships with clients, divisional managers and team membersNegotiation skills are key and you will be well–spoken and well–presented.You will be a stategic thinker able to see the wider vision and implement the necessary to acheive these. This is a great opportunity for a proven Area Lettings Manager or Area Lettings Director ready for a new challenge.
