Letting Agent Administrator

St James Lettings is currently seeking a Lettings Administrator to join our team at our Lewes office.
Your duties will include:
- Identifying opportunities to up-sell our services
- Completing reference checks
- Conducting right-to-rent checks/Preparing move in paperwork
- Taking Calls and managing any maintenance
What we’re looking for…
An individual with an eye for detail. We’re looking for a professional who can quickly complete and process important documents with accurate spelling and grammar.
Someone with a good level of numeracy. We’re looking for a professional with good maths skills.
An individual with great IT skills and the ability to use Apple Macs and learn our internal systems.
Mon - Thursday 10.00 - 16.00 however you maybe required to work additional hours.
