Letting Agency Manager

Friendly but professional Property pany urgently require a Lettings Manager who has experience in dealing with all aspects of lettings.
The candidate will have gained experience in a similar role and we are looking for someone who is highly enthusiastic and self motivated who knows the property market, has the required skills and abilities to take on the role, and particularly is familiar with, and has a working knowledge of, the property industry accreditation schemes and bodies such as Landlord Accreditation Schemes, NRLA, Deposit Protection Service, Property Redress Scheme etc. in order to effectively deal with Local Authority Leasing, Landlord enquiries and so on.
The candidate will also be familiar with processes like Section 21 Notice to Quit.
Experience of Air BnB, marketing or selling skills and business development capabilities within the property sector are highly desirable and advantageous as part of the role will be to market and publicise pany and bring in new business.
The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years experience, and have munication and inter-personal skills.
Good numeration package includes basic salary and bonus for the right person.
