Legal Secretary - Personal Injury

Reed Legal are recruiting on behalf of a well-established law firm with offices based in Bolton who are looking to recruit a Legal Secretary to join their busy Personal Injury department.
Duties:
Typing dictating using Winscribe, using word/excel/AdobeFiling, scanning, printingCollating Electronic Bundles using software such as Adobe ProArranging in person and remote meetings/conferences using Teams/Zoom, liaising with client's, counsel, medical agencies/experts re medical appointments/conferences, obtaining an array of medical and financial recordsObtaining police reports, diarising court orders and deadlinesOrganising files and generally helping the team with all administrative/PA tasksMust be a great team player, friendly, down to earth, confident on the phone, and happy to take on responsibility, use initiative and seek to go above and beyond. Position: Full-time Permanent - Mon - Friday 9am to 5:00pm
Salary: up to 23k
