37.5 hours: 8:45 am - 5:15 pm Monday - Friday
Basic: 22.5-25K + uncapped commission (paid weekly), OTE GBP35k
Red Dot Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a leading Digital Marketing agency based in Altrincham. Due to continued growth, they are currently looking for X3 Lead Generators to join the team!
The role of a Lead Generator:
Making outbound calls to small and medium sized businessesMaking a high volume of outbound calls (average call length under 5 minutes)Passing sales leads onto the business development team to closeTaking part in weekly competitions to win prizes, being a part of a fun and vibrant teamWorking towards bonus targets/KPI's Benefits of the Lead Generator role:
