Phyllostachys bambusoides 'Holochrysa'
Often called ‘Allgold’ due to its beautiful colour in the evening sunlight.
This is a large rhizome cutting from a mature plant currently in a pot about 50cm in diameter. The plant itself is over 3 metres tall.
It would really benefit from being planted in the ground by someone who has room for it. This variety is listed as a running bamboo so root barrier would be mended. I had my plant in the ground over 10 years and it did not run.
A rare opportunity to acquire a fine bamboo this size.
