Kitchen Porter - Peacock Hotel
Description : 24 Feb, 2023
The Kitchen Porter will be responsible for attending to cleaning tasks within the kitchen. This includes washing dishes and equipment, maintaining kitchen sanitation and cleaning floors and walls to ensure the kitchen is clean, neat and orderly at all times. The successful candidates will have experience in a busy kitchen environment and be available to work shifts that are commensurate with the needs of the busy pub restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
Unload food and kitchen supplies from delivery vehicles.
Clean trucks and refrigerated storage facilities.
Ability to lift heavy objects.
Update stock lists of food and supplies.
Stock food products in refrigerators and freezers.
