Junior Recruitment Consultant - Essex

Diamond Recruitment are looking for a resourcer / junior recruitment consultant to join our team offering temporary labour to the M&E and wider Construction industry. We are a 40 year established, leading, busy, recruitment agency based in Wickford, Essex & are able to offer access to a database of over 40,000 operatives & 5000 clients across the UK. Full on the job training is provided. This position will require a candidate with a confident telephone manner who is organized, has good administrative skills and has the desire to progress. The ideal candidate will have proficient IT skills to search and select operatives and work with our systems. You will be working within a lively and supportive team but will be able to work individually to complete tasks effectively and efficiently. You will be personable and have experience in a Resourcing role and Recruitment environment, preferably in the Mechanical, Electrical, Rail or Construction industry. If you do not have recruitment/Resourcing experience, you have customer service experience. We provide a career progression plan into either the role of a Account Management, Recruitment Consultant or a Sales Consultant and provide performance reviews to map out your career as you learn the role. Benefits: 25 Days Holiday (20 annual leave, 4 Wellness Days & 1 Birthday day off) Quarterly business and/or team social events as well as regular socials in the office - darts or pool competitions and charity fundraisers.
