Jointing Coordinator - Merseyside

We Build Recruitment are looking for a Jointing Coordinator to join a successful civil engineering and utility operations service providing company.
Salary: Competitive dependant on experience
Employment Type: Permanent
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities within this role will include, but not be limited to;
Ensuring all work is planned and work with the Streetworks department to ensure all permits are in place.
Liaise with the jointing teams daily to ensure all works go ahead as required
Assist management with any administration tasks as required
Keeping the programme of works up to date
Ensuring data management system is kept up to date
Requirements
Proficiency with computers
Exceptional time management and verbal written communication skills.
Professional manner and strong ethical code.
Ability to multitask and remain motivated and positive.
Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
Experience
MS Office suite (Desirable)
Utilities experience (Desirable)
Previous planning experience (Essential)
Administration (Essential)
