The role will be responsible for managing the sales process from the exchange of contracts through to completion, ensuring that all transactions run smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will be organised, great with customers on the phone and by email, and be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills. Working hours: Monday Friday 8.30 am - 5.30 pm However once someone is fully up and running, the company operates at the policy of 1 day a week from home (not Monday or Friday as a general rule). The successful Investor Services Executive will be offered: Basic salary of up to GBP25,000 - GBP30,000 To be considered for the Investor Services Executive role you must have: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find solutions quickly. Knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework of the property industry is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. Excellent customer service skills. Able to think independently and add personality to customer interactions. As an Investor Services Executive, your role will involve: Manage the sales progression process from an exchange of contracts through to legal completion, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction. Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers, surveyors and other professionals involved in the sales process, ensuring that all parties are up to date with the progress of the sale. Keep buyers informed of progress throughout the sales process, providing regular updates and answering any questions they may have. Ensure all legal documentation is completed accurately and in a timely manner. Deal with any issues or problems that may arise during the sales process, finding solutions and keeping all parties informed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring that all data is entered onto our CRM database. Liaise with the sales team and build internal relationships. Ensure that all paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time. Assist the sales team with the preparation of sales materials and presentations. Provide excellent customer service at all times, ensuring that buyers receive a high level of service and care throughout the sales process.
