At Wood House Farm we now provide space for over 30 tenants, mainly storage and workshop units but also garaging of cars and catering.
Mostly, tenants just need the shell unit and power but we are happy to work with our tenants to achieve their goals, having installed hoists and CNC machines
Being a working farm we are able to provide real on site management with tenants dealing with us, the owners, from the first initial enquiry.
We also have full control of the site and will not stand for tenants that cause a nuisance and are bad neighbors.
We are happy to accept deliveries and tenants may use the premises as their business address, we also have a small delivery/ mail drop box
The units are finished to a high specification with excellent natural light, 3 phase power, double sockets front and back and LED strip-lights.
