A vacancy has arisen in the Manchester office for a paralegal with commercial law experience so support a busy in-house legal department.Your new roleYou will join a high calibre legal department providing legal advice and commercial support for a global. organisation. Your duties will include assisting solicitors on a wide range of tasks from drafting and negotiating commercial contracts including NDAs, sponsorship agreements, supplier contracts, IT and digital agreements, as well as working on various projects.What you'll need to succeedYou must have a strong appreciation for contract law with a good legal understanding, either from previous experience in a contracts role in-house or commercial paralegal work in private practice. You will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to influence and challenge where necessary. Future trainee solicitors looking for a minimum 12 month fixed term contract before commencing their training contract will also be considered.What you'll get in returnIn return you can expect to find a supportive and well-structured working environment with a challenging and unique set of tasks.
