Our client, a global insurance organisation, is looking to hire a HR Administrator on a Full time 12M FTC. The HR Administrator will be supporting the generlist HR function. Key Responsibilities for the HR Administrator Managing the HR inbox, actioning requests in a timely manner As appropriate provide support across the wider People Team helping to co-ordinate ER cases/learning agreements/interview processes, responding to queries, and providing support with other ad-hoc HR/learning/talent activities Supporting the Talent Acquisition team Onboarding and training new employee's Carrying out new employee reference checks Performing employee checks Key Skills for the HR Administrator: Relevant HR/Talent/Learning administration support experience Experience using People systems i.e., Workday Extensive experience of working with Microsoft Office applications at high levels Desire to work towards a CIPD Level 3 Excellent IT skills
