HR Administrator, GBP14 per hour, 6-month role in Andover, working for a national supplier.
Your new company
Leaders in industry and customer assurance; a new role for HR administrator is needed to support and provide an effective and consistent administrative function to the wider team.
Your new role
This role will range from administration, recording data and supporting the head and HR and wider team in recruitment and wider HR processes in ensuring compliance and best practice. This will involve preparing contracts of employment and additional documentation as well as HR files and data systems are accurate and updated, recording any absences, compliance, and pre-employment checks. Other duties will involve note taking, supporting the recruitment process, and liaising with external bodies when necessary.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, experience in an administration role is essential. Experience in supporting a wider team with projects and usage of MS office also required. GCSE Maths and English with A levels or similar level qualifications are needed, with a degree qualification desirable but not essential. Personal attributes that are sought after is an approachable, positive, and resilient person with a team orientated work style.
