A major housing organisation are looking to hire a Housing Officer with an immediate start. This role is on a temporary contract of 12 weeks based within the DD5 postcode location at GBP18.36 per hourThe main roles of this job will be delivering the frontline services to a diverse range of customers across your area. You will have a responsibility for managing a broad range of landlord services including all property management, tenancy enforcement activity, income management. Customer engagement, lettings, void and responsive repairs management.This job offers a very competitive salary combined hybrid working hours with two days per week in the local office.We are looking for the candidate we are looking for the position will have experience of working within social housing or maintenance services. Evidence of, and a commitment to the delivery of high customer service and an experience of working with people with a range of needs to provide guidance and support.Ideally you will be educated to HND level and have a knowledge and understanding of housing reactive maintenance and support services and the legislative and regulatory framework and associated requirements. We are also looking for high customer care standards. You will also have relevant professional housing/technical qualifications Understanding of data protection requirements Desirable Experience Implementing new technologies/and ICT systemsTo fulfil this role the candidate will be offered a very competitive salaryHybrid working within the Dundee areaJob role looking to be filled with immediately
