I've personally owned this lovely CR250 for a long time. It pletely rebuilt for racing and wants for nothing.
It has lots of extras, including Ohlins Shock and Pro Circuit Pipe.
This has not been built by an ammature but a professional. It wants for nothing and is ready to go.
