Salary: GBP30,000 to GBP40,000 DOELocation: Redruth, CornwallUK based ONLYTeam management / Clear communication / Interpersonal skills / Strong customer service ethic Role Overview
You will be responsible for the delivery of quality technical support services to clients from our IT Support team, which is 8 engineers strong.You will be monitoring incoming tickets and ensure engineers are assigned accordingly, then monitor the ongoing tickets and projects, reviewing the ticket notes and following appropriate next steps.A big part of your position will be setting and maintaining customer service standards; responding to queries and handling complaints, following up with customers to identify areas of improvement.You will with different areas of the company, for example, the Sales team to ensure that any project quotes are delivered in a timely manner.
