EA First has been retained to recruit a Head of Finance, for an incredibly impressive Bio-Tech firm in the Cambridgeshire market.
The CEO is an individual who exudes class, personality, excellence, and most importantly success, whilst also sitting as one of the finest CEO's to have graced the Cambridge market.
This is a career defining role, with the person who is leaving after 6 successful years, being responsible for first stage interviews, and offering great insight into this business and what this role can do for your career.
As the Head of Finance, you will have a very varied role that will immerse you into all key components of the business, from managing Finance, Legal, IT & Operations, to also overseeing HR.
A Company Secretarial element is also on offer.
Whilst the usual month end cycles, budgets, forecasts etc will take up 60-70% of the role, the rest of your time will be project based helping the business internally to grow.
For those that like creativity and an opportunity to input ideas, and turn them into reality, this role offers that.
As described by the outgoing incumbent, this is truly a brilliant opportunity, that will offer excitement, variety, and quick career progression.
You will have an impressive part time CFO to report into, and a route to grow into a Finance Director.

GBP80-100k Salary (dependent on salary) + Bonus + Benefits
