Linq Healthcare are proud to be supporting one of Britain's leading providers of independent healthcare in their search for a Hospital Director for one of their hospitals based in Croydon.
Our client is looking for a full time Head of Clinical Services to join their team Senior Management Department. The Hospital covers a wide variety of surgical procedures, you will support in assessing patient's health and well-being across plex and changing caseload, assisting in the delivery of care to meet the patient's needs.
Located in Croydon, this is a full-time position. The Hospital is currently rated as Outstanding by CQC.
The Role:
As the Head of Clinical Services, you will be joining a dedicated and longstanding team who mitted to delivering the highest quality es in a support environment. Our client pride ourselves on creating a ing environment alongside providing training and development for all staff.
As the Head of Clinical Services you will be expected to deliver munication amongst our staff, patients and hospital group. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate a strong track record of leading and developing high performing teams, where you will motivate, lead and guide our teams, ensuring they perform to the best of their ability.
As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team you will be integral to the development of strategic vision and plan for the hospital and will be accountable for delivery of quality and safety as well as customer mercial results.
What you'll bring with you
* Experience in clinical governance, development and administration of budgets, management reports and supply contracts
* Comprehensive understanding of relevant legal and professional care/practice standards and evidence ongoing professional development
* A passion for nursing, mentorship and personal growth
* Strong clinical experience and ability to manage a team, ensuring that the plies with CQC requirements
* The ability to develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders such as: Integrated Care Systems, Clinical Commissioning Groups, General Practitioners, Consultants and Suppliers
* Passion to deliver outstanding care in a rewarding and what can be emotionally challenging environment
