I've recently featured in The Guardian, Grazia and Attitude magazine, and worked as Assistant Head Trainer for over a year at The Body Camp - a holistic transformational retreat in Ibiza.
My approach to working with clients is fun and functional training that will benefit strength, flexibility, cardiovascular health and aesthetic. But also with a focus on training and exercise for mental well-being.
It doesn't matter if you've never entered a gym before, or have substantial experience, as I work with a range of clients with varying fitness goals. What I pride myself on is delivering professional but informal training that will help you fulfil your physical potential.
