Guitarist sought for modern doom metal project

Hi
We are 2 friends with lots of experience who have written an EP's worth of material. It's now time to form a band to play it and we've found a bassist already.
We're looking for a rhythm guitarist who is reliable and can play clean.
The music is slow, mostly dark and very heavy. Some of it is rhythmically technical, with plenty of odd time signatures and cross rhythms. Some of it's fairly simple.
We have a bunch of demos if you're interested.
