Group Psychotherapy/Local Mental Health Group Therapy

The Film Atelier runs the CAT Cafe: CAT stands for Cognitive Analytic Therapy in the community.
This is a group psychotherapy meetup for 8 sessions, running on Wednesdays 1.30pm - 3.45pm. The therapy group is for local to London SE6 2JT, residents who are committed to seeking mental health support and attendance on a regular basis for 8 sessions.
These group psychotherapy meet ups have been run over the past year and this is the third block. The format involves a 1 hour group therapy meetup for participants, followed by a short break and then a 1 hour open seminar on mental health.
Applicants can request attendance by emailing to discuss confidentially whether suitability for group therapy is an issue. We run the group therapy programme according to the principles of Cognitive Analytic Therapy [not CBT type behavioural therapies
