Architectural service for the design of extensions, attic conversions, internal alterations, garages all with the purpose of obtaining planning and building warrant approval
We undertake measured surveys of your property and draw up high quality CAD plans for planning and building warrant approval
We carry out all aspects of Planning and building warrant submissions for any project type large or small.
Prices are a fixed rate so you can have confidence the price set at the beginning is price you will pay.

pany is now offering full supervision (Project managment)of the proposed works, we would put the project out to tender to get the best quote for the build. When es to decide on a builder we just use the following web sites: 1: CHECKATRADE ( all members have formal qualifications including all trades men so it rules out getting cowboys!!)
2: RATED PEOPLE (good web site we could use the more established builder with great feedback) finaly 3: MY BUILDER ( great web site pany is on this web site. we would find a great trades man to do the works no problem)
Doing this will ensure we get a great deal and my fee of 7.5% of the build costs could be saved with getting all the quotes from the three web sites mentioned that's 9 builder we would get quotes from and it would just be a case of picking the best quote but also ensuring they have great feedback with a proven track record of doing this type of work
My supervision would ensure everything gets done right so you can sit back and relax knowing your architect is looking after your interests
Also when es to payments for the builder for works done i could take care of all paymentsand put them through pany so you would pay me staged payments and i would inturn pay the builder. This way the builder needs to keep me happy in order to get his money
