We are an independent bar in Brixton and are recruiting bar staff & supervisors to join our team. We serve a cocktail menu of our own creations which changes seasonally as well as all the classics. Our bar staff have the opportunity to get their drinks on as specials and on the permanent menu. Our menu has included drinks such as ....
ZIGGY STARDUST
A twist on a french martini using homemade citrus infused vodka, creme de cassis, pomegranate juice and aquafaba.
THE GEISHA
Roku Japanese gin, homemade grape syrup, Triple Sec, Japanese plum wine, lemon & aquafaba.
Coquin
Hennessy, lemon, honey and a red wine float.
Our bar is open Mon-Thurs 5-12am / Fri 5pm- 1am/ Saturday 10am- 1am/ Sunday 12pm- 10:30pm
We run our bar on four key values; Balance, Integrity, Engagement and Personality. We believe in the following:
