Finance & Procurement Administrator - Hybrid Working

I have an opportunity available for an experienced Finance/Procurement Administrator to join my client on a temporary basis for 4 months initially, however this may be extended.
My client are offering Hybrid working with 4 days at home and one day in the office in Glasgow city centre each week. They are also offering flexible working hours on a 37 hour per week contract.
To be considered for this role you must have Finance or Procurement experience:
On a Typical day you will:
Prepare budget and forecast journals using relevant backupReview large lists of transactions and support rechargesRun finance reports for individual ares of the business Ensure audit trail/backups available and support transactions through obtaining evidence eg invoices and calculationsPrepare and analyse reports and provide summary of the findingsProcess any purchase orders (POs) received ensuring information provided is accurateEnsure audit trail of budgetary sign off has been obtained for PO requisitionersReview and update the procurement contract register Assist procurement managers and officers with all aspects of administration and support This could be an opportunity for someone with experience of working in a supporting role within the finance industry who is looking to progress and would like to learn more about purchase ledger/sales ledger and the credit control process.
