Finance Manager (Part-time - 30 hours a week)

About the role:
FiSearch are working with a fantastic Bristol based charity who are looking to recruit a Finance Manager. This is a part-time position at 30 hours per week. The role would report to the Head of Finance whilst having line management responsibility for a Finance Officer.
The charity offers a unique and immeasurable service to people within the local community. Due to their significant growth, this is a newly created position within the finance team with the company looking to strengthen the infrastructure within their business team.
The Finance Manager will be responsible for:
Preparation of monthly management accounts
Variance analysis and reporting
Identify and improve reporting processes
Line management of a junior finance professional
Liaising with other senior (non-finance) members of the team
Assist with wider duties within the finance team when required
Requirements:
ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or studying towards qualification
Previous experience of managing month end process
High ability to work to strict deadlines and through company processes
Be able to both work independently but also support a junior team member
Excellent attention to detail with high proficiency in excel
Identify and implement change to drive process efficiency
Job Perks:
Hybrid - 50/50 office/home working
Study support towards ACCA/CIMA or relevant finance qualification
Salary: GBP40-45k pr
