Financial Reconciliation Analyst
Fletchers Solicitors Ltd have a fantastic opportunity for a Financial Reconciliation Analyst
to join our growing Finance team on a Fixed Term contract!
Location:Southport
As the Fletchers Group continues to grow, we are now looking for aFinancial Reconciliation Analyst, initially on a six months fixed term contract with the possibility of this role becoming permanent.
We are looking for someone who has the following skills:
Forward thinking with an analytical approach when reviewing dataAdvanced excel skills (Match, Lookups, Sumifs, Pivot tables)Strong attention to detailAbility to communicate effectively and partner with both internal and external stakeholdersUse of case management system desirable In the role you would be responsible for reconciliation of purchase order data source to data inconsistencies and bring the system up to date across our range of suppliers. Suggesting control processes and liaising with the legal teams to raise awareness of errors and missing data.
?Key Accountabilities:
Examining discrepancies between purchase order records and supplier statementsCross-referencing third party data to case management systemAnalysis of ledger balancesCollaborating with various stakeholders across the business to resolve variancesIdentifying process improvements and opportunities for automationControl implementation as a result of reconciliation findingsOther Ad hoc requirements as necessary ?
