Extra Care Scheme Co–ordinator

We are currently looking for an Extra Care Scheme Co–ordinator to join our busy team in Liscard, Wirral!
The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure residents living in Magenta Living's Extra Care Scheme receive high quality and responsive housing related services in a safe and secure environment that enables tenancy sustainment and independent living.
Salary: GBP30,563
Hours of Work: 37 hours per week
Contract Type: Full Time, Permanent
Extra Care Scheme Co–ordinator Requirements:
A positive and enthusiastic personality with a strong focus on customer service.Excellent communication skills will be required as well as the ability to work with a range of internal and external parties.Ideally, the individual will have an intermediate to high knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including word, outlook and excel.
