Experienced multitraders for residential projects needed

We're a friendly construction company in South East London. We carry out extensions, full refurbishments, basements, and loft conversions, etc for private residential clients.
We're looking for a skilled multi-trader to start immediately. We are booked into next year.
This is a full time roles, on a temp to perm basis for the right person offering good rates of pay based on experience (CIS to start with).
Applicants must be experienced in construction, have good spoken English, good at time keeping, trustworthy and well mannered. No CSCS card needed.
Minimum 5 years experience required. Please do not apply without evidence of your experience.
Interviews will be held. Excellent rates of pay depending on experience, to be discussed at the interview.
